At WhosTheVoss, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Please note, we do not offer refunds on Nail Counter purchases. Our woodworking plans are 100% free and will not ask for a payment method during checkout.
Merchandise (clothing or logoed apparel) Is made-to-order through a third party. They do not accept returns for buyers remorse, or if the wrong size or wrong color was ordered. For defective, mis-printed or otherwise poor quality prints, their full refund policy and contact information can be found here:
